Professionalism

I am a registered member of Narps (National Association of Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers). I follow their code of Practice and have completed their Pet Sitting and Dog Walking course.

Qualifications and Experience

I am trained in Feline First Aid. I volunteered in the cattery of an Animal Welfare Charity for 2 years whilst gaining a Level 2 in Feline Care and Behaviour. This hands-on experience with cats of different breeds and ages was invaluable in improving my ability to properly care for cats especially regarding their health and hygiene. I have also looked after my own cats for over 30 years. To improve my knowledge and development I am studying for a Level 3 in Feline Behaviour, Care and Welfare.

My visits will be regular and consistent, and I will send a message and picture/video every time I visit to put your mind at rest.

I will take time to get to know your cat’s needs and behaviours so I can make sure their time away from you is as stress free as possible. I specialise in cat care and limit the number of cats I look after so I can spend time with your cat and not to rush to other jobs.

Peace of Mind

Apart from the responsibility of looking after your cat I am also being trusted with your home. I do not advertise on my car, so my service is discreet. I am DBS checked and fully insured. I will secure your home making it looked as if it is lived in. Your keys will be locked in a secure safe and your address will not be kept with your keys.

Pricing

Minimum price per single daily visit £15.

Minimum price for two visits per day £25 (£12.50 x 2).

There will be an extra charge for more than 3 cats.

Keys can be obtained at initial meeting (for free) or can be collected and returned for a £5 charge.

Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years Day will all be charged at time and a half.
